Work Anywhere

We went digital and it worked. It worked so well that we now have a renewed sense of how successful we can be working anywhere (well almost anywhere). We have built new ways of connecting, collaborating, and building relationships—with each other and with our customers. We might not stay this way forever, but for now skipping that commute and channeling all that energy into the core hours has produced stellar results. It is something we are strongly considering as our "new normal" for the future.

How we Hire

We pre-screen all applicants using our HR software, and follow up with qualified candidates to schedule a phone interview. If it sounds like we're a mutual fit, we'll move on to the next series of interviews over our favourite conferencing software (it used to be an in-person interview at our downtown Toronto office and maybe it will be again, someday). There's usually a small homework assignment, and if you nail that—ta da, we'll email you an offer!
