Delivering Relevant Messaging Through CTV and Display

Dunn&Co. was looking to run a multi-channel campaign for their client, Grow Financial, to drive awareness for both the “Grow On Us” initiative and the Grow Financial brand. They launched an awareness campaign that leveraged connected TV (CTV) and display ads, resulting in a 0.16% CTR, over 15 million impressions, and significant brand lift. 

Multi-Channel Strategy Helps Achieve Awareness KPIs

Dunn&Co.’s primary goal was to drive overall awareness of Grow Financial’s “Grow On Us” program by leveraging CTV and display ads. Here are some of the other tactics they used:

Geotargeting

Launched CTV and display ads targeting users within a close proximity of Grow Financial locations. 

Custom Segment Targeting

Leveraged audience data to target users who showed interest in finance-related content.

Retargeting

Retargeted users who had previously visited the Grow Financial website with native ad campaigns.

Dunn&Co. Hits All Major KPIs for Grow Financial

Dunn&Co. worked with StackAdapt to build the campaign’s initial awareness strategy. They leveraged the StackAdapt Creative Studio team as an extension of their own design team to streamline and expedite the animation of their display ads. At the end of the 100-day campaign flight, they were able to achieve favourable performance across all channels. The secondary native retargeting effort helped them exceed their initial goals.
