Services Description

StackAdapt provides a self-service demand-side platform for digital advertising and marketing campaigns (the “Services Platform”) and related professional services. Programmatic advertising and marketing are regulated industries and the user is responsible for its compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws, in its use of the Services Platform. 

Sales Price

Charges for use of the Services Platform are usage-based and depend on the user’s selections made in the platform. Costs and fees additionally vary and are dependent on the costs and fees imposed by third parties for media inventory, data products, and certain other third party-provided features and services.  There are no minimum charges or non-usage based fees.

Additional Fees

Aside from consumption taxes, all costs and fees are as set forth in the Services Platform.

Accepted Payment Methods

Bank transfer, credit card payment.

Payment Period

Standard payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice. 

Delivery Timing

Use of the Services Platform is available immediately upon registration and account setup.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our services, returns and exchanges are not applicable.  Costs and fees are not refundable once purchases are initiated in the Services Platform.  Users may discontinue use of the Services Platform at any time and request account closure. 

Application Period

There are no time frame requirements, deadlines, or fixed periods to apply for use of the Services Platform.  An account may be opened at any time.

Operating Environment

The Services Platform is cloud-based and internet acceptable through any standard internet browser.  The Services Platform may not be used without internet connectivity. Service may be interrupted by causes outside the reasonable control of StackAdapt, including general internet outages or denial of service attacks.
