1. GENERAL: By entering the Tournament, you (both in your individual capacity and on behalf of the business or organization on whose behalf you are entering) indicate your full and unconditional agreement to be bound by (a) these Official Rules, and (b) Organizer’s decisions, which are final. Winning the Prizes (as defined in Section 6 of these Official Rules) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally add on, modify or substitute any of the terms and conditions below at any time as it deems fit without prior notice. If there is ambiguity in any of the provisions of the Official Rules, the Organizer shall have sole discretion to interpret the ambiguous provision(s) as it deems fit.
If you cannot accept these Official Rules or the risks associated with the Tournament, please do not proceed further with registration for this Tournament. By participating in the Tournament, you have read and understood the rules and regulations of the Tournament as released from time to time and agree to participate on the understanding that you must adhere to all the rules and regulations stipulated.
By participating in the Tournament, you acknowledge you have read and agreed to all the provisions in the Official Rules for the Tournament. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse, disqualify or restrict you from participating in the Tournament and/or accessing the entitlements of the Tournament and claims thereto.
2. SCHEDULE: The Tournament begins at 4:00 PM ET on June 11, 2026, and ends at 9:00 PM ET on June 11, 2026.
3. REGISTRATION (HOW TO ENTER): Registration for the Tournament is by invitation only and can only be done by Eligible Entrants (as defined below) between May 18, 2026 and June 10, 2026 (the “Entry Period”) (or until available Tournament slots are fully filled) by duly completing the form in the link provided to the invitees via electronic mail (the “Entry Form”) directly from the Organizer. A completed Entry Form will be considered an “Entry” (collectively, “Entries”). Entries submitted outside of the Entry Period or after the start of the Tournament will not be eligible. Organizer’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Tournament. It is each individual’s responsibility to observe time zone differences. No registration is allowed via email, mobile communications, or direct communications with the Organizer, Event Partner(s), and/or Agent(s).
The Organizer reserves the right to close registration early and/or move new registrations into a waitlist if the Tournament slots are filled. Registrants on the waitlist may be contacted by the Organizer and are not considered Participants until they have been directly contacted by the Organizer and/or its Agents notifying them that a slot in the Tournament has become available.
The following details will be collected as part of the registration process: (a) Email; (b) Name; (c) Company; (d) registration category selection – as either a team or as an individual (to be paired with another Participant by Organizer); (e) it is the registrant’s sole responsibility to obtain their teammate/partner’s consent to submit the teammate/partner’s information on behalf of the teammate/partner during the registration process; and (f) a self-assessment of the registrant’s padel-playing ability, whether as a beginner, intermediate, or competitive player.
Participant warrants and agrees that all information provided by the registrant during the registration process for this Tournament shall be true, accurate, current, and complete information. If at any point in time, the Organizer has grounds to believe that such information provided by the Participant is untrue, inaccurate, obsolete, or incomplete, the Organizer may disqualify, suspend, or cancel the Participant’s registration without any disputes. Registration for the Tournament shall only be deemed confirmed upon receipt of a fully completed Entry Form and upon issuance of a confirmation email by the Organizer.
You may not use an agency or any automated system to enter the Tournament, and Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Entry received through such methods. Your entrance into the Tournament constitutes your agreement to these Official Rules.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Eligibility to participate in the Tournament or win a Prize is limited to individual persons at least eighteen (18) years of age at the beginning of the Entry Period who have received a link via electronic mail directly from Organizer inviting the individual to participate in the Tournament. Limit one (1) entry per individual. Except in limited instances in Organizer’s sole discretion (e.g., entity rebranding, legal name change, etc.), the email address provided on the Entry Form must match the email address to which the invitation and link to the Entry Form was sent by or on behalf of the Organizer. The potential winner of a Prize may be required to show proof of identity. All responses to questions presented in the Entry Form must be true, accurate, and complete to the best of the entrant’s knowledge. Entrants who disregard these Official Rules are not eligible to participate in or win Prizes in the Tournament.
Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of the Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, and the immediate family members of persons living in the same household as such persons may be eligible to participate in the Tournament as one-half of a two-person team but are not eligible to win or receive any Prizes.
Each individual that meets the criteria above will be an “Eligible Entrant” (collectively, “Eligible Entrants”). There is a limit of one (1) Entry per Eligible Entrant. The Organizer’s determination of eligibility, in its sole discretion, shall be final. ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO DETERMINE FOR THEMSELVES WHETHER THERE IS ANY LEGAL OR OTHER REQUIREMENT OF THEIR NATIONAL, REGIONAL OR LOCAL JURISDICTION THAT WOULD FORBID THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THIS TOURNAMENT OR THE ACCEPTANCE OF ANY PRIZE.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS TOURNAMENT, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE THE RELEASED PARTIES (AS DEFINED BELOW) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION AND YOUR PARTICIPATION THEREIN AND TO INDEMNIFY THE RELEASED PARTIES AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE TOURNAMENT. THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL BEAR NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER REGARDING: (I) THE USE OF YOUR ENTRY (OR ANY COMPONENT THEREOF); (II) PARTICIPATION IN ANY TOURNAMENT-RELATED ACTIVITIES; (III) ANY USE, COLLECTION, STORAGE AND DISCLOSURE OF ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION; AND/OR (IV) IF DECLARED A WINNER, THE PRIZES (INCLUDING ANY USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZES). THIS RELEASE AND INDEMNITY SHALL CONTINUE IN FORCE FOLLOWING THE TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION AND/OR AWARDING OF ANY PRIZE.
5. TOURNAMENT GAMEPLAY: All matches in the Tournament are single elimination and will be played in doubles format only according to the prevailing rules and regulations of the padel sport as determined by the Organizer. Team groupings will be set in order of registration sequence by the Organizer, or by other means best suited for equal distribution and fairness in the tournament format.
Participants are required to be at the venue between 5:15 PM ET and 5:30 PM ET [play start time] on the day and present themselves to the Organizer, Event Partner(s) and/or the Agents at least 15 minutes before the estimated start of their matches.
Unlike professional tournaments, matches can be played with a custom scoring system within a set time predetermined by the Organizer and depending on the progression of the Tournament, to facilitate timeliness and a chance for all Participants to play. Participants will be briefed on the scoring and time frame for matches before gameplay. Organizer, Event Partners and/or Agents may provide umpires/linesmen and scorekeepers throughout matches, but it is also the responsibility of Participants to keep score and call out faults in fairness and the spirit of proper sportsmanship. In scoring gameplay disputes, the umpire’s final decision is incontestable. Hostile escalation of disputes by Participants can result in forfeiture of the match. The Organizer reserves the right to amend gameplay and/or tournament format unconditionally and without prior notice.
5A. MATCH FORMATS: Four (4) rounds (Round of 16/Quarterfinals/Semifinals/Finals) will be played with sixteen (16) teams at Reserve Padel, on June 11, 2026, between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM ET across three (3) padel courts. All matches will be single elimination. The first team to three (3) games wins the match. Games will employ a simple scoring format (0,1,2,3,4…) with points awarded for every win and no-ad scoring. Estimated match lengths are fifteen (15) to eighteen (18) minutes per match. If both teams have the same score at 18 minutes, the match will end with one (1) decisive winning point from either team.
Round bracket: Round of 16 (8 Matches) → Quarterfinals (4 Matches) → Semifinals (2 Matches) → Final (1 Match). The two (2) teams that lost in the Semifinals are awarded 3rd and 4th place, respectively; both semifinalist losing teams will each receive a Prize as set out in Section 6. No 3rd place match is played to stay within time limits.
6. If the Tournament has been cancelled for reasons abovementioned, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event in part or in full for any other reason not stated above.

Organizer reserves the right to seek damages from any person who seeks to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion. Failure by Organizer to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
