How to Get Users to Complete an Online Form

Click Here Digital needed a strategy to raise awareness of Team Toyota’s used car inventory. They wanted to drive users to complete a form submission online, and close the gap between research and purchase cycle of a car purchase. Here are some of the tactics they used:

Prospecting

Used a mix of interest targeting and 3rd-party segments to reach users in the market for a used car. 

High-Intent Retargeting

Retargeted users who visited the Team Toyota website and built a CRM list of users who submitted a lead on site to retarget them later.

Display

Ran dynamic retargeting creatives showcasing multiple products at listing price, year, and image to garner user interest.

Dynamic Display Ads Key to Driving Conversion

Click Here Digital chose display ads as their main channel to showcase Team Toyota’s car inventory. They worked with the StackAdapt Creative Studio to use dynamic creatives for both prospective and retargeting strategies.
