Although 83% of marketers use more channels than before, only 10% run omnichannel campaigns consistently.

64% of marketers expect budgets to grow in 2027, raising the stakes for turning added channels, data, and AI into coordinated performance.

Marketers with connected customer data report stronger performance (74% vs. 59%) and higher measurement confidence (69% vs. 41%).

Coordination is becoming the advantage

Top-performing marketers are more than twice as likely as other marketers to have added three or more advertising channels to their media mix (45% vs. 21%). They also cite more connected customer data, greater confidence linking advertising investment to results like revenue and customer acquisition, lower waste from fragmented execution, and greater benefits from using AI to coordinate campaigns.
